Thanks to our open mindset, flexible way of working and short lines of communication, we are able to set up our often very complex supply chain for all of production locations within Baronie and Stollwerck. From the design of a new product, right through to delivery of the finished goods, we can proudly say that having a hands-on mentality helps us achieve the best results from day to day. These days, there’s nothing new you can tell me about the way chocolate products are manufactured! After 21 years at Baronie, I have progressed from a production line worker, through to a position of responsibility for the management of the raw materials we use, as well as a role in coaching the workers on the production floor. Helping to assist colleagues to create new products – and finding solutions for producing them in the most effective way possible – is something that delivers true fulfilment!
